In light of the seismic shift IT operations management is undergoing as it moves from entirely on-premise to cloud and hybrid environments, this session considers established and emerging frameworks that aspire to help us manage through the change, including Agile Scrum®, COBIT®, DevOps, ISO/IEC 20000, IT4IT, ITIL®, and Lean IT®.
