To achieve the ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader Digital & IT Strategy (DITS) certification qualification, you must pass the associated exam and, unique to ITIL qualifications to date, you must also complete a series of practical assignments in the form of a case study analysis. In this service, you are assigned an instructor who will distribute the case study materials to you and grade and process your responses.
