Examination Vouchers from PeopleCert

To order a voucher, choose your course from the drop down list above.

This voucher will allow you to schedule and take the web based online proctored ITIL® certification exam through PEOPLECERT. You can stay at home and take your exam 24 hour a day/7 days a week/365 days a year anywhere in the world. You will need a computer with a webcam, speakers, microphone and recommended versions of Adobe Flash and a supported browser.

If you are taking a self-study course with us such as online video-based trainingwith us, once you have completed the course, request your certificate of completion and voucher number. You will need these to register and schedule a time for the examination. The voucher is good for twelve (12) months from the time you receive the voucher number from us, not from the date of purchase.  Please note: if you order a voucher one year and do not use it (i.e., we have not sent you the voucher number), and in the meantime, there is a price change by PEOPLECERT, we will honor the original purchase price of the prior year voucher against the purchase of the current year voucher.
